Support for basic presenter capabilities in the Modern Express client

Prior to this update, the Express client did not support any presenter capabilities in a session.

In many organizations, users outside the organization are invited as presenters for training sessions. Such presenters often do not have permissions to install the App client on their system or require administrator permissions. Such presenters at least need basic presenter capabilities such as talking in the session with video on and the ability to share content in the session.

To address this scenarios and to expand the usage of the Modern Express client, the Modern Express client now supports basic presenter capabilities.

When users, who are enrolled into an event as co-presenters, click the Present action for the event, they now get an option to either select the Modern Express client during launch, or launch directly into the event in the Modern Express client based on their domain configuration.

Leaders can now promote or demote participants in the Modern Express client as co-presenters in a session. When the leader in the App client right-clicks the Express client participant name in the Attendees panel, the context menu now displays a new option called Promote to Co-presenter.

Once promoted, the user appears as a presenter in the Attendees panels of both the App and Modern Express clients.

Leaders can demote the user back to a participant by clicking the new Demote to Participant option in the context menu for the promoter user.

When such a promoted user exits the session and joins it back, the user retains their Presenter role and its associated privileges.
