Modern Express client is now enabled by default

Prior to this update, for users using the legacy Express client, the redesigned Modern Express client was disabled by default.

In this update, for existing users who have their legacy Express Client enabled, the redesigned Modern Express client is now the default client. They will see the Modern Express client when they attend a session using the Express client.
