New 'Hide People and Text Chat Panels in Playback' property
Prior to this update, only Cornerstone Classroom Domain Administrators could configure the display of People and Text Chat panels during playback for all events or meetings in a domain. Users did not have any option to show or hide these panels during playback per event or meeting.
- Hide People and Text Chat Panels in Playback
Select this check box to hide the People and Text Chat panels during playback of an event.
The new event-level check box works as follows with the corresponding existing domain-level property:- If the domain-level property is set to 'Disabled', then this check
box is not displayed. Users can show or hide People and Text Chat
panels during playback.This is the default option.Note: To enable the existing domain-level property, submit a request. For more details, contact Support.
- If the domain-level property is set to 'Enabled and on by default', then this check box is displayed and selected by default while creating the event and the People and Text Chat panels are hidden during playback. Users can clear the check box to show the panels during playback.
- If the domain-level property is set to 'Enabled and off by default', then this check box is not selected by default while creating the event and the People and Text Chat panels are shown during playback. Users can select the check box to hide the panels during playback.
- If the domain-level property is set to 'Disabled', then this check
box is not displayed. Users can show or hide People and Text Chat
panels during playback.
