4:3 aspect ratio videos are now resized to fit the wider 16:9 frame size

Prior to this update, videos with an aspect ratio of 4:3 were adjusted to fit the 16:9 aspect ratio of video panels by including a black padding on both the sides.

This update enhances the video capability of Cornerstone Classroom App client such that videos with an aspect ratio of 4:3 now occupy the entire 16:9 aspect ratio area of the video panels. This is accomplished by trimming the top and bottom portion of such videos so that they appear correctly in the 16:9 video frame size.
