Express client now indicates AppShare control

Prior to this update, the Attendees panel in the Express client did not display any indication about the person who had the AppShare control in a session.

In this update, the Express client now visually indicates the person who has AppShare control in the session. The Attendees panel in the Express client displays a blue colored icon beside the name of the person who has AppShare control.
