Description

How did it work?

Prior to this release, the Cornerstone Classroom installer (AppSetupSilent.exe) silently installed the Cornerstone Classroom app in the traditional /%AppData%/ location and was only available to the user installing it (per user install).

How does it work now?

This release introduces a new installer, the Cornerstone Classroom Admin installer, which silently installs the Cornerstone Classroom admin app to C:/Program Files (x86)/SabaMeeting/ location so that the app can be used by any user of the OS (per machine install).
Note: Administrators intending to use Google Chrome browser and planning to roll out the Cornerstone Classroom App using the admin installer must separately roll out the "Cornerstone Classroom Chrome Connector" extension using Chrome administrative group policy template to their user base.
The executable file name of the new installer is AppSetupAdmin.exe.
Note: The AppSetupAdmin.exe is available on request. To enable support for per machine installation, please submit a Support request.

Use Case

There is a need to provide an option to install the Cornerstone Classroom app per machine, rather than per user.
