Enable or disable SmartNotes for participants

Based on your domain configuration, SmartNotes can be enabled by default only for leaders and co-presenters. If SmartNotes is disabled for participants, they do not see the SmartNotes icon menu. However, leaders and co-presenters can choose to enable SmartNotes for all participants in the event.

If SmartNotes is enabled for participants by default, then leaders and co-presenters can choose to disable SmartNotes for all participants in the event.
