Use Appshare

You can now use SmartBoard to annotate and highlight shared applications in AppShare. This improves collaboration by allowing users to mark up content directly during screen sharing.

To start the Appshare, click Share. When you share an application, the floating mini toolbar appears centered along the top border of your screen initially. You can move this toolbar to a convenient position on the screen or minimize it if it's in the way.

Click the Markup tool icon.

Clicking the markup icon takes a snapshot of the shared application and then allows you to markup the snapshot.
