Reject a participant during an event
Only event leaders can reject participants from the Waiting Room of an event. Rejecting a user exits them from the event.
To reject a participant from the Waiting Room:
- Click the Waiting Room button.
The Waiting Room Attendees panel opens. This panel displays the names of users who are waiting to be admitted in the event.
- Click the Reject button beside a user who you want to reject from
entering the event.
When a leader rejects a user from the Waiting Room, the user receives a message as shown below. Clicking OK exits the user from the Waiting Room and closes their app or Express client.
