Promote a co-presenter
Co-presenters can be used to share session management during a particularly long session. As a leader, you can assign the co-presenter role to a guest speaker.
Promote and demote a co-presenter in the App
To appoint a co-presenter for a session:
- In the Attendees panel, right-click the name of a participant you
want to designate as a co-presenter. The context menu appears.
- Click Promote to Co-presenter.
You can demote a co-presenter at any time during the session by selecting the person and clicking Demote to Participant in the context menu.
Promote and demote a co-presenter in the Express client
You can appoint a co-presenter when the event starts or from the attendee panel.
- To promote a participant in the Express Client, click the More Actions icon
and click Promote to Co-Presenter.
