Invite participants by email

Leaders and co-presenters can invite participants by email to an ongoing session.
Note: You cannot invite new participants by email if the event is configured for pre-enrolled participants only.
To invite participants by email:
  1. In the Attendees panel, click the +Invite button.

    A new message window opens in your default email client with pre-populated meeting details.

  2. Specify the email addresses of the people you want to invite in the To field.
  3. Click Send.
