Enable the Question & Answer tool
To enable the Question & Answer tool in a webinar, event organizers must select the
Question & Answer option in the following session option:
- Select Collaboration Tool in WebinarThis drop-down list includes the following collaboration options:
- Text Chat
This is the default option. If this option is selected, then the Webinar displays the Chat panel that participants can use to send text messages during the session. For more details, see Use text chat.
- Question & Answer
If this option is selected, then the webinar displays the Question & Answer panel that participants can use to ask questions during the session. The leaders and presenters can respond to each question separately.
- Text Chat
