Enable or disable video of all participants

As a leader or co-presenter, you can enable or disable video cameras of all participants in a session. This allows you to control videos of all participants simultaneously. This is helpful in broadcast events where a wide audience is participating, such as company meetings or announcements.

To enable or disable video cameras of all participants simultaneously in an event:
  1. In the Attendees panel, hover the cursor over the people icon. The context menu appears.

  2. Click Disable All Cameras. The video cameras of all participants are disabled. Participants cannot enable their videos in the session as their video cameras button is deactivated. This applies even to any new participants joining the session.
  3. Click All Cameras On. The video cameras of all participants are enabled. Participants can choose to turn on or off their video cameras themselves any time.
