Bookmarking support for recordings

Cornerstone Classroom recordings support bookmarking. That is, when users launch a Cornerstone Classroom recording that was left without playing its entire duration, they can resume the recording from where they had left it in the last attempt. On a subsequent launch, the playback recording starts about 10 seconds before the last stopped or bookmarked position in the recording. This allows users to regain the context of the recording when they launch the recording again.
