Install and launch the App on Edge Chromium

The Cornerstone Classroom App download page is displayed if:

You are a leader or presenter, and the Cornerstone Classroom App is not installed
You are a participant, the Cornerstone Classroom App is not installed, and the Express client is disabled

Note: If the Express client is enabled and if the App client is not set as the preferred client for a domain, then participants never see the Cornerstone Classroom App download and install page, irrespective of whether the App is installed or not. They always launch the Express client.

When you try to attend an event using Edge Chromium browser and if you fulfil the above pre-requisites, then you can download and install the App as follows:

The browser displays the following page.

Click the Click here to install link. The browser begins downloading the installer to the default download location. If prompted, then save the executable file to the required location.

Once the installer executable is downloaded completely, execute the installer to install the App client.
Note: Ensure no instances of the Cornerstone Classroom app are running during the installation.

Once the installation is complete, your meeting or classroom event launches automatically.
Note: If the installer is not downloaded for some reason, you can click the Download the Cornerstone Classroom App again link to try the download again.
For participants, if the Cornerstone Classroom Express client is enabled but the App client is set as the preferred client for their domain, then they also see the Join with the Express client link on the App download and install pages. Click the link to attend the event using the Express client.
