Admit a participant during an event

Only event leaders can admit participants from the Waiting Room in to the event.

When the Waiting Room feature is enabled for an event, leaders can see the Waiting Room button in the top menu of the Cornerstone Classroom app.

When no one's in the Waiting Room of an event, the button is grayed out as shown below.

When there are users in the Waiting Room, the button color changes to blue and displays the count of users in the Waiting Room.

To admit a user from the Waiting Room:
  1. Click the Waiting Room button.

    The Waiting Room Attendees panel opens. This panel displays the names of users who are waiting to be admitted in the event.

  2. Click the Allow button beside a user who you want to admit into the event.

To admit all users from the Waiting Room into the event simultaneously, click the Allow All button.
