Test your speaker and microphone
If you are joining a VoIP or Blended (both VoIP and Dial-in) session, then it is important that you test the audio.
Before joining the Cornerstone Classroom session, check the audio settings on your computer. After joining the session, use the Audio Setup panel to adjust your speaker and microphone.
Test your speakers or headphones
- Click the drop-down arrow beside the microphone
icon. The Audio Setup panel opens.

- Click the Play button. An audio clip plays.
- If you hear the voice, then stop the audio clip by clicking the Stop button.

Test your microphone
- Click the drop-down arrow beside the mic
icon. The Audio Setup panel opens.

- Click the Test Mic button. The Audio Setup wizard allows you
to record the test voice and play it back using the Test Mic button.
When you click this button, the microphone starts recording the voice for an
interval of 8 seconds and the button name changes to Recording.

The button automatically changes to Playing and the recorded voice
starts playing back.
